How are postage costs calculated?

All our postage charges are calculated according to the weight and size of your parcel. We also take into consideration the type of fabric and whether it can be folded or needs to be sent on a roll.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship all weekday orders within 48 hours (excluded public holiday), unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We can arrange next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm, should you require an express delivery please contact us to arrange this.

What happens if I have a problem with my purchase?

It is very rare for an issue to occur but should you have a problem please contact us on email Hugypmade@gmail.com and one of the team will work to resolve it straight away.
